Most of my cakes are covered with rolled fondant over buttercream icing. We can apply textures to buttercream, or a thin coat for a naked cake, while some brides select the elegant smooth finish of a fondant covered cake.
Our gourmet cream fillings are all made with farm fresh ingredients and locally picked fruit.
